A short menu, made with care. Rotating single origins, ceremonial matcha from Uji, and bread we bake here every morning.
From the bar"Eat in or take away. Oat, almond and full-fat milk on the house. The menu doesn't change much — we make a few things, and we make them well."
Floral on the nose — jasmine, ripe peach, a slip of red apple. Soft acidity, syrupy body. As filter it drinks like stewed stone fruit; as espresso, like cherry cordial.
After service, the bar belongs to you. Tastings, small launches, book clubs, supper clubs. We pour, we plate, you pick the music. Let us know what you're planning.
