Floral on the nose — jasmine, ripe peach, a slip of red apple. Soft acidity, syrupy body. As filter it drinks like stewed stone fruit; as espresso, like cherry cordial.
After service, the bar belongs to you. Tastings, small launches, book clubs, supper clubs. We pour, we plate, you pick the music. Let us know what you're planning.
